As you may have noticed, you can not search through your items list using negative numbers in the “Inventory” field. That query only accepts number values, and no minus sign (“-”).
What we recommend doing instead is ordering your list based off the Inventory number, so that all of your negative “current stock” items will appear at the top:
1) Go to the Invoices -> Items subtab
2) You can actually click on the “Inventory” column heading, and it will order your
list based on current stock.
3) That will put everything with a negative number at the top of the list, all in
the same place. So at least you can go through it and be confident you didn’t miss
any once you get to 0.
- If it’s not originally ordered with the negatives at the top, click the column
heading again to reverse the order.
